Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
I picked up my paused Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition run again. Actually beating the game took longer than I recall it taking back in the day, though -- I could swear I used to get through it from start to finish over one weekend. Maybe due to not playing it for years I had forgotten the best routes to take for optimal time saving.

Baldur's Gate Enhanced Edition: Siege of Dragonspear
In hindsight, I could have skipped going through Baldur's Gate Enhanced Edition and jumped right into its whole new expansion, Siege of Dragonspear. Beamdog's quality of life and content additions haven't changed the game enough to warrant a complete playthrough for someone like me who knows it inside out. Then again, thanks to that I could easily tell what hadn't been there in the original game. Beamdog's work tended to stick out.

NWN2: Baldur's Gate Reloaded
Baldur's Gate Reloaded is a fan attempt to recreate BioWare's Baldur's Gate in Neverwinter Night 2's engine. Largely a successful one, too, considering the scale of the undertaking. There are various bugs, even in Patch 2, but nothing that prevents finishing the campaign. At least, I did not meet such.

Baldur's Gate 2 Soloed
I think I'm finally done with Baldur's Gates. I've completed the games with all of the races and classes, and now as solo as well. I'm quite sure I've seen most (if not all) the games have to offer. Time to let them be.

Baldur's Gate Soloed
I actually started this playthrough quite a few months back but it got interrupted by something (probably Mass Effect 3). Last weekend I launched the game again, however, and finished my solo adventure as an Elven Fighter/Mage/Thief, the same kit I used in Icewind Dale.

Archer Progress Update
So, Daeron the archer ranger managed to beat Sarevok in Baldur's Gate. It was my first time without wand of monster summoning spam, I might add. Although, I haven't tried anything else since the first playthrough ever - it's just too easy to fill the room with monsters and shoot Sarevok down.

Archer Fun
I made an archer to Baldur's Gate (Tutu) to see how powerful they are. And yup, that is what they are, powerful. Although, not overly so - if something gets into melee with the archer, his power is all but gone. But as long as there is someone tanking the mobs, archer can dish out some serious damage.

Ascend to Godhood
Today, I finished the Baldur's Gate 'trilogy' again. I don't know for sure how many times I've played it through now, for I've lost the old saved games except for 2, but it's probably getting closer to 10. Needless to say I like the game(s) pretty much.
